Falling Through the Cracks
Light filtered through the window, soft and gray. It would be better if she could really see through the window. That privilege was only allowed when you reached level two.
Locked in here as she was, light and dark were the only options. Losing herself again, she went back to a place where spring had already taken hold. Green grass, warm breezes and blue skies were all around her. Her children laughing, all was well. Nothing bad had happened to anyone.
The best part of losing your mind is that you have a free pass to anywhere. Walls and windows would always be constructs of the sane.
